We’re deeply grateful for the companionship Salmon brought into our lives. However, we began to notice that the litter we were using was causing him to sneeze. As we looked deeper, we discovered that plant-based litter is not only gentler on cats’ respiratory health, but also easier to clean and better for the environment. That’s when Ricochet was born.
Founded by Brandon, our mission is simple: to care for every cat and support the people who love them—while making a positive impact on the world they share.

Ricochet was founded in 2020, with its factory located in Zhucheng, Shandong Province. The facility covers a total area of 12,000 square meters and currently employs 40 people.
We follow strict quality control procedures at every step — from raw material selection and drying to granulation and final inspection.
Our head office is located in Shanghai, China, and our manufacturing facility is based in Shandong Province, close to major ports in eastern China. This strategic location ensures efficient and cost-effective sea transportation, enabling us to provide stable supply, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery to customers worldwide.
